We all know that hot-melt adhesive mesh is not viscous at room temperature, and can be used for bonding related materials after heating and pressing. The hot-melt adhesive mesh is first melted at a high temperature, and then it needs to be bonded under a certain pressure. So a lot of people worry about the question, whether the high temperature in summer will cause the hot melt adhesive omentum to melt in its natural state? This worry cannot be said to be unreasonable. The melting point of conventional hot-melt adhesive omentum is basically above 80 degrees, and if the hot-melt adhesive omentum is to melt, then the ambient temperature must be higher than the melting point. And our ambient temperature is basically impossible to reach such a high. However, the high temperature in summer still has some influence on the storage of hot melt adhesive omentum. If stored improperly, it will have a direct impact on the quality of the hot melt adhesive omentum, thus affecting the use effect. So, what should be paid attention to when storing hot melt adhesive omentum in summer?
(1) It should not be stored in a place where the temperature is too high, especially those hot-melt adhesive mesh with low melting point (there are also hot-melt adhesive mesh with a melting point of 80 degrees at a low temperature); continuous high temperature is unlikely to cause hot-melt adhesive mesh The film melts, but it may cause the adhesive layers to stick to each other;
(2) Avoid contact with oil, and can be stored together with engine oil products;
(3) Avoid direct sunlight or exposure to the sun, which will easily cause the hot melt adhesive to accelerate the aging of the omentum.
For those laminating plants that purchase a lot of hot melt adhesive omentum at one time, these points must be paid attention to in summer storage.
